What Is TC Upgrades?
TC Upgrades adds a powerful UI panel to your Tool Cupboard that lets you manage your entire base without needing a hammer or running around placing building skins manually. Open your TC and you'll see new buttons for upgrading, skinning, repairing, and wallpapering — all applied to every building block within your TC radius at once.
Instead of manually upgrading each wall from wood to stone to metal, you can upgrade your entire base in one click. Same for repairs — one button fixes everything including deployables.

Features
Four powerful tools are available from your TC panel:
Upgrade Grades
Upgrade all building blocks within TC range to a higher grade — wood, stone, metal, or HQM. Applied to every block at once. Uses resources from your TC.
Building Skins
Change the appearance of your building blocks with custom skins. Apply a uniform look across your entire base without touching each piece individually.
Mass Repair
Repair all structures and deployables within TC range with one click. Fixes walls, foundations, doors, turrets, furnaces — everything. Uses resources from your TC.
Wallpapers
Apply decorative wallpapers to the interior and exterior of your base walls. Multiple designs available for a personalised look.

How to Use
Walk up to your Tool Cupboard and open it as normal.
You'll see new buttons in the TC interface — Upgrade, Skin, Repair, and Wallpaper.
Click the feature you want. For upgrades, select the target grade (Stone, Metal, HQM). For skins, browse the available options.
Confirm and the action is applied to all building blocks within your TC range. Resources are taken from the TC inventory.
💡Make sure you have enough resources in your TC before upgrading or repairing. The plugin pulls materials directly from the Tool Cupboard — stone, metal frags, HQM, etc. depending on what you're upgrading to.

FAQ
Yes — upgrading and repairing uses the same resources as doing it manually. The materials are pulled from your Tool Cupboard's inventory, so make sure it's stocked up before you click.
Yes — TC Upgrades has multi-TC support. Each TC manages the building blocks within its own radius. If you have multiple TCs in a compound, each one handles its area independently.
Yes — you can jump directly to any grade. Select HQM and all eligible blocks will upgrade to high quality metal in one go, as long as you have the resources.
Yes — mass repair fixes both structures and deployables. Walls, foundations, doors, auto turrets, furnaces, workbenches — everything within TC range gets repaired.
VIP or higher is required to access TC Upgrades. Default players won't see the extra buttons. Visit the Markiii-Rust Store to upgrade your rank.
Players who are authorised on the TC can see the upgrade panel — but they need the VIP permission themselves to use the features. Being authed on someone else's TC isn't enough if you don't have VIP.
