What Is Medical Syringe+?

Medical Syringe+ adds two custom healing items to the server — a Medium Medical Syringe that heals +25 HP and a Max Medical Syringe that heals +50 HP. These are significantly stronger than the vanilla syringe and are crafted at the Mixing Table using the Custom Mixing system.

They work exactly like a regular medical syringe — just use the item from your hotbar. The healing is split: 75% heals instantly and the remaining 25% heals over a few seconds. They have unique skins so you can easily tell them apart from vanilla syringes.

🧪 Both custom syringes are crafted at the Mixing Table — not the regular crafting menu. Open a Mixing Table, and you'll see them listed as recipes in the Custom Mixing system. No blueprint required.

How to Craft

Crafting custom syringes is simple — find or build a Mixing Table, load the ingredients, and select the recipe:

1. Place a Mixing Table (crafted from 100 metal frags + 10 scrap).
2. Open it and browse the recipes — you'll see Medium Medical Syringe and Max Medical Syringe listed.
3. Load the ingredients (metal frags, cloth, low-grade fuel) into the table.
4. Hit mix and collect your upgraded syringe.

💡 The Max Syringe costs exactly double the ingredients of the Medium but heals double the amount. If you're heading into a tough fight, Max Syringes are the most efficient per-slot healing you can carry.
