What Are Entity Limits?
To keep the server running smoothly, every base has a cap on how many entities (deployables, building blocks, traps, etc.) you can place. This prevents lag from mega-bases overloading the server.
Your limits depend on your rank. Higher ranks get more building parts, more traps, more planters, and a higher overall entity cap. Use /limits in-game to check your current usage at any time.
💡Entity limits are per building/TC, not per player. If you share a base with teammates, you all share the same entity budget based on the highest-ranked player authorised on the TC.

What Counts as What?
Some limits are for individual items, while others are groups that bundle multiple similar items under one cap:

Same as /limits — shorthand version.
📊The /limits command shows a breakdown of what you've placed vs your maximum. If you're hitting a cap, it'll tell you exactly which group is full so you know what to remove or upgrade for.

FAQ
You've hit a limit. Type /limits to see which group is maxed out. You'll need to pick up or destroy some items from that group before you can place more, or upgrade your rank for higher caps.
Per base/TC. Everything placed within a TC's building zone counts toward the same limit. If multiple people build in one base, they all share the same entity budget.
The highest-ranked player authorised on the TC determines the limits for that base. If a Titan player is authed, the entire base gets Titan limits.
Default players get 400 building parts — enough for a small-medium base. If you want to build bigger, VIP jumps to 950, and Titan gets 2,500. Building parts are the most impactful limit to upgrade.
Electric and fire lights have their own group limits (50 each) but don't count heavily toward the total. You can light up your base without worrying too much.
Some items are set to 0 — meaning they can't be placed at all. This is used to block certain items from being used on the server.
